Job Summary

Support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning, developing, implementing and monitoring marketing activities for a defined portfolio of brands/products. In this role you will be responsible to execute all brand building and performance related marketing initiatives on national level across multiple channels. You will work closely together with internal teams as well as external partners such as media agencies, PR agencies and creative agencies. The role also includes managing part of the marketing budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and develop integrated marketing campaigns (offline & online)
• Manage execution of national campaigns through external agencies
• Coordinate product launches and events
• Prepare analyses and reports on marketing effectiveness
• Optimize marketing spend efficiency
• Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies
• Drive innovation within marketing activities

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or comparable
• Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in marketing, preferably at an advertising agency or fashion brand
• Passion for the fashion industry and affinity with one or more of our brands
• Good understanding of the marketing mix and ability to apply it effectively
• Experience with project management tools and processes
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and German
• Highly motivated, proactive, reliable and flexible team player
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
