Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Personalwesen unterstützt du unser Team im Tagesgeschäft und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche des Personalwesens. Deine Aufgabe: Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende, Bewerbende, Gäste und externe Partner (w-m-d).

Du übernimmst das Besuchermanagement am Empfang, koordinierst eingehende Anfragen telefonisch und sorgst für einen professionellen ersten Eindruck unseres Unternehmens. Du unterstützt mit hoher Genauigkeit das Tagesgeschäft bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten.

Dein Profil: immatrikuliert in Human Resources, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch auf Englisch praktische Erfahrungen von Vorteil #TTI-EMEA #LI-AC1 At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
