Werkstudent (m/w/d) für unsere Abteilung Project & Development Services (PDS) im Bereich Cost Management Anforderungsprofil: Die Position richtet sich an Studenten aus den Bereichen Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, die sich mindestens im 3 Studiensemester befinden.

Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte: Der Einsatzbereich umfasst primär Bau- und Umbauprojekte im Finanzsektor und bei Corporates. Die Position ist sofort verfügbar und eignet sich ideal für ambitionierte Studierende, die Einblicke in das professionelle Cost Management bei einem führenden Immobiliendienstleister gewinnen möchten.

Essentiell sind eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse. Persönliche Eigenschaften: Neben fachlicher Kompetenz werden kommunikative Fähigkeiten erwartet - der Bewerber sollte keine Scheu vor dem direkten Austausch mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten haben.
