What You Will Be Doing

• Du unterstützt das HR-Team bei administrativen, operativen und strategischen Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Employe Lifecycles.
• Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden vom Recruiting bis zum Offboarding - und alles dazwischen.
• Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Stellenausschreibungen, screenst Bewerbungen und koordinierst den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess.
• Du bereitest Vertragsunterlagen vor und kümmerst dich um den formalen Eintrittsprozess.
• Du organisierst ein strukturiertes Onboarding, einschließlich Onboarding Days, und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start neuer Mitarbeitenden.
• Du unterstützt bei Trainings, Entwicklungsinitiativen und Talentmanagement-Prozessen.
• Du wirkst an Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung, Unternehmenskultur und Zufriedenheit mit.
• Du begleitest Feedbackprozesse sowie Mitarbeiter- und Entwicklungsgespräche.
• Du unterstützt beim Offboarding und wirkts an Austrittsprozessen mit.
• Du pflegst und verwaltest Mitarbeiterdaten und -dokumente in unseren HR-Systemen und Datenbanken.
• Du arbeitest an HR-Reports, Auswertungen und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Tools und Systeme ein.
• Du engagierst dich in internen Projekten und Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer HR-Arbeit.

What We Are Looking For

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
• Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Diskretion runden Dein Profil ab.
