Werkstudent - Guest Experience

• Support the development and documentation of Guest Experience standards and service guidelines
• Assist in analyzing and improving service processes across the guest journey
• Support the evaluation and coordination of guest-facing products, services and suppliers
• Conduct market and supplier research for operational and guest-related products
• Assist with strategic procurement projects related to guest amenities and operational services
• Prepare presentations, reports and data analyses for internal stakeholders
• Support cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency
• Help monitor the implementation of brand and service standards

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in hospitality operations and guest experience management
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Confident in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Very good English and German skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
