Tasks - Manage the operation of digitised mail - Handle operational tasks on the Electronic Document Management (EDM) tool - Write and update user guides for internal colleagues - Open and follow up on ticket resolution with the IT outsourcing provider and ensure follow-up - Support and simplify technical procedures for users - Coordinate exchanges between business units and external providers We are looking for - Training in computer science - Residence in Switzerland is mandatory - Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written An advantage if you have - Good knowledge of German - Previous experience with a CRM tool and Jira - First successful experience in IT support or helpdesk To succeed in this role, your personal skills should include: - Ability to learn quickly and great resourcefulness - Strong service mindset and customer orientation - Rigour in administrative and technical follow-up Our recruitment process This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work.
