Location: Bonn | Working model: Working Student (20h)

To enable teams on site to work effectively, you help keep their technical equipment operational, from workplace setups to smartphones.

Your contribution: You make technology reliable, accessible and easy to use in everyday work.

Your tasks

• Support employees with IT-related issues directly at our Bonn office
• Set up, deploy and maintain laptops, monitors, smartphones and other IT equipmentInstall and configure software applications
• Analyse technical issues and contribute to first-level troubleshooting and resolution
• Act as a local point of contact for day-to-day technical questions and support

What you bring

• Enrolled in a STEM degree programme, ideally Computer Science, and currently in at least the third semester of study
• based within commuting distance of Bonn and able to provide regular on-site support
• Available to start no later than 1 December 2026, with an earlier start date welcomed
• Basic understanding of hardware, software and digital workplace technologies
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Strong service mindset, clear communication skills and confidence in working with a wide range of colleagues, as well as excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) in both written and spoken communication
